The service was absolutely good. The room was spotless, I stayed here for 1 night. The staff was really helpful and gave some great recommendations. The hotel had the best possible and comfortable position, near to air port.

I appreciated that it was tidy and modern. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cool. Its location in Trabzon was the best possible and comfy. It was close enough to a restaurant called “Koko & Mid” and the airport. Eyof Parki was only 2 miles away.

The family room was fantastic, the beds were comfortable. The view of the sea was lovely. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the airport. "Koko & Mid" restaurant nearby serves delicious stuffed shells and sandwiches until 3 am. Close to downtown as well.

The location of Heaven Suite Hotel is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the airport. I loved the small park opposite the hotel, it was a great space for kids to enjoy. The rooms each have their own bathroom, and I appreciated the close proximity to supermarkets. The staff was very helpful in arranging taxis.
One drawback was that I thought I had booked a balcony room, but not all rooms have this feature. However, the staff tried to resolve the issue by offering me another room with a balcony the next day.

Spent Easter in a new and clean hotel, nice complementary breakfast and amazing view from the top floor cafe. Close to the airport which was a plus.
The bathroom was very small, and the smell from the drainage was unpleasant. the towels in the room were dirty and old.
